Virtual Reality in Primary School Education
A trip to space, a dangerous chemistry experiment. Virtual reality to educate schoolchildren.
Startupuj – Entrepreneurship Project for Secondary Schools
In Pilsen, we have been continuously supporting the entrepreneurial community, and the Startupuj project is one of our latest activity. Key entrepreneurial skills are taught in two selected secondary schools.
Test Polygon – a Solution for Autonomous Mobility
From December 2022 we are working on a project to create a polygon - a living laboratory - for testing, development in the field of autonomous mobility and dynamic traffic management.
Pilsen as a member of the Horizon Europe Project CLIMABOROUGH
Since the beginning of 2023, Plzeň as a Smart City has been participating in the European project Climaborough, which aims to test innovative and smart solutions towards climate change and its impact on the planet Earth.
Modern Security Systems for Pilsen Municipal Police
As well as advanced security features, the system uses camera footage, sensors to detect rising water levels and air quality, and innovative technology to detect gunshots, glass breakage and screams.
3D Model Viewer – New Application for IRS
We have added a new application to the list of developed applications, which is the result of the work of our colleagues from Drones SIT. It is a viewer of 3D models - the so-called point clouds, which drones have developed for the Integrated Rescue System, of which they are the only official part in the Czech Republic.
